My normal hours of business are :-

9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday
 

To avoid inconvenience please phone me to ensure I am home before bringing your equipment to my house for repair. I am a mobile engineer and it is quite likely I will be out on a call. If by any chance you are diverted to my answer phone please leave a message. I am probably on the phone and will normally ring you back within a few minutes when possible.
 

Outside of my normal working hours I am still more than happy for you to phone me until 8.30pm but please understand there may be occasions when I am not available.
